A little about me...

My journey to becoming a craniosacral therapist began when I became interested in complementary therapies while bringing up my two children.  I was particularly drawn to its nurturing and honouring qualities, which have given me physical and emotional support at crucial times.

I have attended many workshops and talks covering holistic therapies, including a three-year training course in anatomy, pathology and craniosacral therapy. 

​I have also gained my reiki master practitionership and have been doing yoga for many years. I completed an 18 month postgraduate course that focused on baby body language, which built on my existing knowledge and experience in paediatric craniosacral therapy (www.conscious-embodiment.co.uk).

  • Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy (two year course) at the College of Craniosacral Therapy, London
  • Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology at the College of Craniosacral Therapy, London
  • I am registered and insured by The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom and therefore subject to strict codes of conduct, standards and continuing professional development
  • Post grad courses include:
  • 18 month post-graduate course in paediatric cranio-sacral therapy with Matthew Appleton (www.conscious-embodiment.co.uk)
  • "A Foundation in Embryology" with Elissa Dell
  • "The Clarity of Bone-Consciousness: Listening to the Voice of the Bone" with Elissa Dell and Monica Anthony
